I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost, as it is often not possible to refill the appointment at short notice.

No-shows or missed appointments will be charged in full.

Thank you for understanding that your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late changes have a direct impact on availability for other clients.
